how do i care for my serving tray?
Our walnut serving trays are finished with natural oils and waxes which not only make our trays food safe, but provide a beautiful finish to the wood. To clean, simply run under water and wipe away residue using a cotton towel. Soap will shorten the life of the finish. Lightly rub with a food safe wax found at any home center or hardware store to keep your serving tray performing well and looking beautiful for years to come.

IS THERE A warranty on products?
All TIMBR products, including custom products, have a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase and will apply if it is determined the product failed under normal and recommended use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to deliver or ship the product(s) for return or repair both to and from TIMBR at their cost. TIMBR is not responsible for wood products once they are exposed to the elements as wood is susceptible to movement, changes in color, and shape due to wood’s natural makeup. This warranty does not cover warping or cupping of wood.
Recommended Use
For all products including outdoor signage, it is recommended to be kept under an eave and not exposed to severe heat or cold, direct sun, snow and rain. All exterior products should be cared for and maintained on a yearly basis. This would require such things as applying fresh coats of exterior grade polyurethane after each year of use for maximum life expectancy.
